Shipping

  • How much is shipping? Can I expedite shipping?

  • Domestic shipping is free! There is an additional fee to ship internationally based on your location. Also, international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and other fees that are the responsibility of the recipient.

    If you need your item in a hurry, you can expedite domestic shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • We offer shipping across the globe. There is an additional fee to ship internationally based on your location.

  • When will my order ship?

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of when it is placed. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress.

  • Where does your clothing ship from?

  • We are working with a fulfillment partner based in St. Louis, MO. They ship the majority of our orders.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

  • Don't love something? Return it – no questions asked. We only ask that you return the item unwashed, unworn and within 45 days after arrival. A try-on is copacetic; a crossfit class not so much. Also, we cover the return shipping on all domestic orders. Easy as pie.

  • How do I make a return for an exchange or refund?

  • If you are located in the U.S., to initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please visit http://publicrec.loopreturns.com or email us at support@publicrecapparel.com. Once you have received your return shipping label, please place the garment in the packaging you received it in, include the bottom portion of the original packing slip, and send it back to us. We'll send you an email upon receipt.

    Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping on returns for international orders. To initiate a return for an international order, please email us at support@publicrecapparel.com.
