Shipping

  • How much is shipping? Can I expedite shipping?

  • USA: All shipping, including returns and exchanges, is free for domestic customers.

  • International: For international orders, shipping fees, duties, and taxes are based on your location and calculated at checkout.

  • Need something quickly? You can expedite shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • Live in Timbuktu or Toronto? No problem, we ship worldwide!

  • We offer the option for our international customers to pay duties and taxes at purchase on most orders, so there’s no surprise costs or hassle once your package is in transit.

  • When will my order ship?

  • We aim to be speedy, so we’ll ship your items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

  • We'll send a confirmation email as soon as the order’s placed. Once it ships, we’ll send you another email with the tracking number so you know when to expect your package. Be sure to check your spam just in case.

  • Where does your clothing ship from?

  • We fulfill out of our warehouse in St. Louis, MO.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

  • If you don’t love what you’ve ordered or it simply doesn’t fit, you can return it – no questions asked. Just return the item(s) unworn, unwashed and in original packaging, within 45 days of arrival.

  • How do I make a return for an exchange or refund?

  • USA: If you’re not loving your items, or you want to exchange them, please go to http://publicrec.loopreturns.com or email us at support@publicrecapparel.com.

    We’ll email you a shipping label to place on your package. Shipping is on us!

  • International: For international refunds and exchanges, please reach out to support@publicrecapparel.com. Or call us on +1-855-255-5152. We’ll let you know how to action your return. All we ask is that you cover the return shipping cost.
